Planet 51 (U) Second trailer for this excellent looking animated family/comedy action movie American astronaut Captain Charles “Chuck” Baker lands on Planet 51 thinking he’s the first person to step foot on it. To his surprise, he finds that this planet is inhabited by little green people who are happily living in a white picket fence world, and whose only fear is that it will be overrun by alien invaders…like Chuck! LA HORDE (18) This looks like itll be a cult classic and sure the big wigs of hollywood will make a mockery of this and make a watered down version of this French end of the world battle between gansters cops and….zombies!!! UK release nate not confirmed, possibly end of the year limited release.

ZOMBIELAND: trailer released
Well its finally here, the first trailer for Zombieland, America’s answer to Shaun of The dead is now online. You cant beat a good zombie flick and if you are a big fan like me of shaun of the dead I cant wait for this one to be released.
The film stars Woody Harrelson, Abigail Breslin, Sisters Keeper, Nims Island), Emma Stone (ghosts of girlfriends of past) and Bill Murray as a Zombie!!!
Well the plot is basically us versus them; the living versus the dead
but anyway here’s IMDB‘s plot:
In the horror comedy Zombieland focuses on two men who have found a way to survive a world overrun by zombies. Columbus is a big wuss — but when you’re afraid of being eaten by zombies, fear can keep you alive. Tallahassee is an AK-toting, zombie-slaying’ bad ass whose single determination is to get the last Twinkie on earth. As they join forces with Wichita and Little Rock, who have also found unique ways to survive the zombie mayhem, they will have to determine which is worse: relying on each other or succumbing to the zombies.
The film is directed by Ruben Fleischer and Zombieland is due to be released in UK, October 30th, last big flick of the summer.
Update: (15/08/09)- according to IMDb the UK release date for the movie is now November 27th, but I have seen other movie websites still advertising 30th October, please bare both dates in mind if you want to see this movie.
