Universal Pictures have tonight sent us the second UK Trailer for Rowan Atkinson‘s James Bond Parody comedy thriller JOHNNY ENGLISH REBORN. He is the forgotten face of British television as well as film, but life has been hard for the actor since the demise of his iconic but annoying Mr Bean and its really only been MI7’s accidental British spy that’s given him some success worldwide(especially USA). Whatever you think of Johnny English, if you think it’s a dreadful cringing movie or a fantastic funny flick nevertheless, the 2003 movie was a success at the box office world wide. One memory I do have of Rowan Atkinson was on an Altalia flight from Athens to Rome in 2007, where very old episodes of Mr Bean were shown onboard the flight and the Italians were obsessed with Bean, one middle aged bald man in the opposite side of my row was wetting himself laughing; he laughed that much he broke his seat! Though I will say a lot of seats on that plane were broken already!
JOHNNY ENGLISH REBORN also stars Dominic West, Gillian Anderson, Rosamund Pike, Daniel Kaluuya and will be released in UK & Ireland on October 7th and thankfully for American movie fans there is no information on a release date just yet.
