Wow it’s Tuesday and it’s MORTAL KOMBAT LEGACY time again and boys & girls we have a cracker for you and it’s probably the one ultimate Mortal Kombat fans have been waiting for…SCORPION & SUBZERO!
Don’t get me wrong here the whole series has been fantastic and it’s great to see all the characters, even though some are unknown to us; but when you talk to someone who knows the game, automatically Scorpion and Subzero are the characters you associate with the franchise, they are icons. In this series, Kevin Tancharoen, (Fame) the director pulls off sweet moves by actually concentrating on the motivations and the conflicts rather than movie zombie style characterisation, actually making the characters a little more real giving us a little more understanding as to why they are the franchises to more fascinating characters.
In Episode 7, part 1 Hanzo Hasashi, better known as the warrior Scorpion, is summoned to meet with the Shogun of Kumamoto Castle. While traveling, the fearless General of the Shirai Ryu clan encounters his mortal enemy, Sub-Zero. Scorpion realizes too late that this trap has led him away from his village and family, leaving them without means to defend themselves. He knows that he must defeat Sub-Zero and return to his village before it is too late.
