Anything with Guillermo Del Toro is involved in always seems to get peoples antcipation so high and his latest involved movie JULIA’S EYES (los Ojos De Julia) arrived in the UK & Ireland this weekend. The Spanish chiller which has Del Toro producing passing his words of wisdom & experience to Guillerm Morales(director) and the movie tells the story of Julia (Belen Rueda) ,a woman suffering from a degenerative eye disease, finds her blind twin sister Sara hanged in the basement of her house. Not convinced her sister committed suicide she investigates entering the dark world the terrifying truth starts to appear her own blindness hits her.
Okay it’s not exactly a Del Toro but he is the producer and we know we can expect some real spin chilling jumpy moments which I hope to experience either tomorrow or Tuesday.Thanks to Optimum Releasing we have 3 video interviews with the most important people from the film The Director Morales, Del Toro and the lead star of the movie Rueda whom tell us about the movie, the experience and what to expect from the movie.
