New Clip & TV Spots For X-MEN:FIRST CLASS

It’s only just under 2 weeks until Matthew Vaughn’s  X-MEN:FIRST CLASS finally arrives in UK & IRELAND, it opens June 1st and June 3rd for USA. The X-Men marketing train has rode into the final part of its journey, the business end; the part of the whole journey which is essentially almost as important as the actual film itself.

Thankfully, no more of those pathetic posters have appeared, but what we do have is a new clip called ‘ You Can Show off. It shows us the team’s introduction to Hank McCoy aka Beast, played by Nicholas Hoult. Below the clip, we have 3 more tv spots, which do have the odd second of new footage. Just hope in the long run, that the damage of the poor start to the promotion, isn’t an indication on what lies ahead when it is finally released.

X-MEN:FIRST CLASS is directed by MatthewVaughn with Bryan Singer producing and starsJames McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, January Jones, Jason Flemyng,Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz,Ed Gathegi, Oliver Platt, and Kevin Bacon.

The movie will be released on June 1st (UK), June 3rd (USA).

X-MEN FIRST CLASS charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.
