Dominic Cooper Looking a Bit Goldy For THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE New Shiny Poster

Lee Tamahori’s action drama THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE  has got itself a new shiny poster thanks to its new distributors Lionsgate. The movie made its debut at Sundance Festival to a mixed bag of reviews (mostly positive though) and was described as a crazy over the top Iraq Scarface though in fun way. Looking at the poster which has lead man Dominic Cooper in all gold sitting in a Scarface type pose you can see why and the movies sees Cooper plays  Saddam Hussein’s sadistic son Uday and Uday’s body-double Latif Yahia. From what we here from the Sundance reviews if you love gangster movies full of violence and plenty of crazy moment you should check out THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE.

No word on the UK release date but for American Fan’s the movie will be out July 29th.

Baghdad, the playground for the rich and infamous, where anything can be bought – but for a price. This is Uday Hussein’s world and with his depraved lust for debauchery and immorality, he helps himself to whatever turns him on. When army lieutenant Latif Yahia, is summoned to Saddam’s palace, he is faced with an impossible request – to be Uday’s ‘fiday’ – his body double, or have his family condemned to death. In a world entrenched in betrayal and corruption knowing who to trust becomes a matter of life or death for Latif, as he battles to escape from his forced existence.
