After all the commotion if the movie was going to be made or not and that was settled when the American trailer appeared nearly 4 months ago and now finally today Terrence Malick’s TREE OF LIFE has got its UK&Irish release date. Empire have exclusively revealed in the past hour Tree Of Life will be out May 4th on these fair shores thats only 5 weeks away which is fantastic news, released just before it’s Cannes Film Festival screening as well as the rest of the world!!! (im sure someone will be upset and things will change!).
The movie focuses on the story of a mid western American Family during the 1950’s soley focusing on their eldest son who is played by Sean Penn in adulthood and his reconilation with his father played by none other than Brad Pitt, its a story of life , love and discovery through a child.
