Our good friends at HEYUGUYS have been sent the UK(international) trailer for Christina Aguirella in BURLESQUE.The also stars Cher, Stanley Tucci, Cam Gigandet, Kristen Bell and Allan Cummings with the movie with us on December 17th (USA November 24th).
I dont really know what I can say about this apart from I wont be going to see it, it just looks right cheesy, very generic for its genre, but i’m sure fans of Christina will enjoy this movie very much. Okay if you love your modern day musical movies (Chicago, Mama Mia) you may like this alot it has the glitzy costumes, dance routines, sexy girls, and Christina belting out songs but one thing it aint, its not a burlesque club, so where’s Dita Von Teese then?

Tess, a retired dancer and owner of the venue, struggles to keep the aging theater alive, facing all kinds of financial and artistic challenges. With the Lounge’s troupe members becoming increasingly distracted by personal problems and a threat coming from a wealthy businessman’s quest to buy the spot from Tess, the good fortune seems to have abandoned the club altogether. Meanwhile, the life of Ali, a small-town girl from Iowa, is about to change dramatically.
