Mila Jovovich is Fired Up For Resident Evil 5!

It was such a dissapointment to here Resident Evil 4 was another poor movie despite the good marketing there was behind the movie, I havent personally seen the movie yet but if I was to see it now only curiousity would drag me there. Despite the poor movie it turned out to be the series best ever opener with nearly  $28 million at the US Box Office though that could be down to the fact that in US it was a quite weekend with the other top movies been releases that have already been out for a week or more (Takers, American, Machete).

Through speaking to Vulture Mila Jovovich tell them: “The new Resident Evil is the first one to ever open at number one worldwide – “It’s the biggest movie in the franchise, so we’re definitely going to make another one.”

“We’ve been talking to a lot of fans on Twitter and stuff, so it’s probably going to be one of the first movies where we really talk to fans to see what they want, and what characters they want to see. It’s going to be a more interactive process.”

“you all much 4 all your grt comments on the film! I’m so happy u all love it! let’s do RE5 soon!”

The criticism I should have expected and its a little little like the criticism directed at Twilight Saga Franchise as regards no matter what they do the movie wont please the moviegoers outside the fanbase, personally out of the 2 movies ive seen I didnt like both and even with the last movie I havent seen but I did see some more positive review against bad ones. As for RESEvil it does deliver consistently and gives what there fanbase wants they do come back and what maybe despised by one person could be the best thing ever for another person!
