LIFF 2010: First Clips From Danny Boyle’s 127 HOURS ‘Lets Do It Again’

The First clip for Danny Boyle’s 127 Hours Has appeared online called ‘Lets Do It Again’ which shows James Franco who plays Aaron Ralston whom the movie is based on, while canyoneering in Utah in May 2003, had his right forearm pinned for nearly five days. He used a knife to amputate the limb, then managed to climb a 65-foot wall and hiked out before coming across a family that gave him water and food. He was finally rescued by helicopter.

The movie has already appeared at Telluride Festival in USA with apparent reports of medics been called to treat fainting and panic attacks but if there anything connected to the movie thats another debate but Im claustophobic and do find the trailer and this clip very uncomfortable to watch but thats just my opinion. Reviews so far have been positive but I dont know if I can beat my phobia to watch this, thats another question but the antcipation for this movie is massive with it been a Danny Boyle movie expectations after Slumdog are big and early indications are good.

127 Hours doesnt have a UK/Irish date confirmed yet however if your going to London Film Festival you can catch the movie on October 28th, for American movie fans you can see it on November 5th. Lizzy Caplan, Amber Tamblyn, Clémence Poésy andKate Burton also star.
